We hope you enjoy this sixth and final issue of the AIHPS update for 2007.

It has been indeed an amazing year in health and policy, with the election and the change of government, issues relating to our public health system and the work that has been undertaken in the policy sphere.  Each has made a huge impact on how the general population think about their health and that it is time that they be involved in the decision making process.

Lets hope that the New Year brings each of us a change to positive thinking about our health and recognise those that work to make change.

On behalf of the AIHPS Partners we wish you all a happy and safe Xmas and New Year and look forward to providing further updates and all the AIHPS work and research into 2008.

Directorate Office closure

The AIHPS Directorate Office will close on the 21st December 2007 and will reopen on the 2nd January 2008.
