The AIHPS Strategic Business Plan shows the Institute's commitment to influence the agenda for health policy research and discussion in Australia, and promoting a research-driven approach to health policy reform.

This Plan has been prepared by the AIHPS Board and a steering group of AIHPS Partners and describes the AIHPS agenda in its ongoing work and research program around its five key research streams:

Engaging Consumers in health policy
Financing for prevention
Improving chronic disease outcomes through better prevention
Improving bases and processes for health priority setting
Responsive and adaptable health workforce

The plan identifies specific actions that AIHPS will undertake in these key areas and indicators of success that it will use to measure its progress in delivering results that benefit all Australians.
