The 2007 15th annual Leadership Summit is a management conference hosted by the American Hospital Association and Health Forum. It is designed for senior executives, governing board members and leaders in hospitals, health systems and allied organizations providing health care. Its educational content is designed for those who understand how innovative leadership strategies can affect the operational performance and financial health of their organizations. It will attract more than 1,500 executives who have the focus, desire, and authority to lead their organizations to operational excellence. These leaders want to explore the most important strategic business issues facing the US health care system and their own organizations. They come from provider organizations, the academic community, businesses that serve the US health care market, consulting companies, and financial and legal firms that specialize in the health care industry.
The Summit is a place for sharing information and finding answers. We select keynote and education session speakers who will introduce fresh ideas and proven programs designed to help achieve quality and patient-satisfaction improvements, expand leadership skills, and enhance the financial performance of organizations. The Summit is an event where all health care delivery and vendor executives and professionals are encouraged to expand their knowledge of care delivery issues and share their experiences and points of view on quality and the delivery of patient care. |
